A Promotional MultiMedia CD is an effective and professional way to advertise your business. It can incorporate multiple elements of text,
imagery and video footage to get across your message in the most effective way possible.

All productions follow these four phases:

Agree on the Project Brief
An initial meeting will be setup where the main elements of the production will be agreed upon.
This may include photos, videos, graphics and text. The navigation will be agreed upon and all content for the various sections or chapters will
also be outlined at this point.
The focus of this meeting is usually the multimedia elements of the production i.e. the required photos, graphics and video content.
Following this meeting a storyboard script will be produced to give the customer a better understanding of what the final production will look like.
Design the Primary Creative Assets
This stage involves gathering the necessary content elements. These may already be available or they may still need to be created.
A professional cameraman can come out on site and take any necessary photographs or shoot any required video.
These photographs and video footage will then be edited down in post production.
Following the collection of these creative assets a GUI mock-up of the finished production will then be created. Once the customer is happy
with all of these visuals then the project can move into the Production & Development phase.
Production & Development
Once all of the creative elements have been collected they now need to be edited down and prepared for production release. Images can be enhanced, cropped or manipulated if necessary and the video footage will be edited based on the script agreed upon in the first phase of the project.
Once all of the elements have been put together a test version of the presentation will be issued and a feedback session will subsequently be arranged so that any suggestions may be made by the client. From this, a change list will be produced which will permits itself to one round of changes/amendments.
Once agreement has been reached on the footage and other design elements, voice artists may be hired to overlay the video with audio if necessary.
CD / DVD Duplication
Depending on how you want to distribute the presentation you may want to create duplicates in CD or DVD format.
We offer duplicates ranging from 50 to 5,000 copies per order.
These duplicates may will be provided in a jewel case CD sleeve and will also be pressed with a cover design in keeping with the
design of the presentation.
